Patricia D. Blair (she/her) is the 2025–2026 President of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch. She is a family law lawyer and founding partner of River Valley Law LLP in the Cowichan Valley. Patricia has served in key leadership roles with CBABC, and is also a supervising lawyer for the Poverty Law Advocate Program.
